COVID-19

COVID-19 UPDATE

Yes, we are open and taking new patients. We take the safety of our patients and staff seriously. Below is our current COVID-19 Update – If you have any concerns, please contact us ASAP!

As we navigate through these difficult times during the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be frequent updates as new information is provided by the CDC, WHO, and other state and local health authorities. While it may seem tedious, we assure you we are in this together. Your health and safety is our top priority.

Expect to see COVID-19 upgrades in the process, staff members wearing face masks, following No-touch, and Social-distancing policies with reminders. To be sure, our staff are taking similar steps every day maximizing our efforts initiating the following policy.

SAFE AND CLEAN CLINIC AREA

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines have been followed by our members to keep areas safe and clean throughout the day with having procedures in place to maintain them.

We are regularly disinfecting all surfaces and cleaning waiting rooms. We will be disinfecting the front desk, iPads, and any other necessary equipment between checking in each patient for their safety.

We are utilizing appropriate protective equipment as indicated by the CDC.

NEW PANDEMIC POLICIES FOR PATIENTS

  1. Patients will be instructed to use hand sanitizer before putting on their masks.
  2. All patients will be provided a mask by the clinic and instructed to wear it properly for the duration of their visit. A properly worn mask will cover the mouth and nose at all times.
  3. Patients will be screened at the door or front desk for fever. If the patient has a fever, they will be asked to wait in the car and will be guided for the next steps over the phone.
  4. Patients will be asked screening questions provided by the Clinic.
  5. Patients will remain 6 feet from all other patients at all times.
  6. When the patient is called back, the staff will have the doors open for the patients to limit surface contamination.
  7. We will only have a limited number of patients in the office at one time.
  8. Waiting areas have been redesigned according to Social-distancing protocols.
  9. Patients are not permitted to bring guests to their appointment unless cleared by the clinic to do so in advance. Patients may have someone wait in the car or outside the clinic for them.
